When talking to Louis, you'll get a chance to try shooting the bow, you'll need to hit 5 shots on target before Clem decides its enough (you only get 5 shots anyway). The target ain't hard to hit as its decently close, just keep the crosshair aimed at the target. Once done, you'll get the achievement after a quick conversation.
