To get to a bonus level you must hit 100% of the targets in any level. Easiest to obtain on levels 1 & 2. Once you have hit 100% and you arrive at the end of level stat screen, shoot the button that says bonus on it and you will unlock the achievement.
Please note that all achievements unlock once you fully exit the game.
