Simply let a Gray kill you. They're the creepy thin aliens you encounter later in the game. The earliest you can achieve this is in Hong Kong, in the MJ12 Pacific Rim facility under Versalife. There's a radiation area containing 2-3 of them with an MJ12 commando outside the door.
