  During the cemetery level, find a key hidden on a corner of the dumpster. Use this key to enter the chapel and then look directly left and interact with a pipe exposed from the wall. Follow this passage down, then down an elevator and keep going until you reach a room with a fallen beam. Go up the beam and interact with the cross on the left hand side of the wall. This will open a tomb containing the Ancient Sword and your achievement when you pick it up.

  Achievements changed. Now you also have to return to lift.
  "..use (ineract) the small wooden beam at the top left of the room to escape.
  When in the tomb take a ladder up. If you fall into the water with the karkians then look for the area where you can climb ledges to go up, at the bottom of there should be a switch you can pull. Pull the lever and climb to the top. When at the top go left to find the gas chamber, a brick on the left can be pushed to open the door to escape."
