After breaking out of the MJ12 facility, you'll head through UNATCO's med lab. Go left and talk to Jaime. Tell him to leave. Finish the level as normal.
Once you destroy VersaLife's UC, Jaime will arrive in Hong Kong. He will be standing near the medical bot in a room off the hallway to where you get your killswitch deactivated. Talk to him.
Afterward, go through the door to the next room, where Alex will be waiting. Talk to him.
Once you've done both, the achievement will unlock.
