Upon reaching Level 5 of the game, remain on level 5. Do not head up to level 6 when it unlocks. Remain on the fifth level and kill the boss 10 times in order to unlock this achievement. This can be done on any boss level (5, 10, 15 etc.) but is quicker to get on level 5.
