    Sell a house to the Smoth Family.
    "About 30 years old, young marriage, with a newborn child."

    Tips:

    Rooms:
    - many rooms
    - 1-2 bedrooms
    - at least 1 bathroom
    - kitchen
    - living room

    Other:
    - big and comfortable double bed
    - bookshelves
    - not dirty, no garbage
    - no damaged walls

    Easy way to get the Achievement:

    House: "Family house" or "Just married's house"
    You can sell both houses immediately.
