Easy way to get the Achievement:House: "Huckster's House"
Easy. You don't have to clean the house or mount/install any appliances. Sell the sink in the kitchen. Buy a "Sink with cabinet PRYZMAT" and any toilet in the first bathroom at the end of the corridor. Add any toilet to the second bathroom. In the big living area, buy one or two sofa(s) and a coffee table of your choice and buy any TV. Important note: the sofa shouldn't be identified as a bed/place to sleep.
If you want to buy a kitchen, then just don't buy a sink. You can buy anything you want, but no sink! And that's it!
Buy the following furniture/items:- 1x-2x any Sofa(s) (e.g. Sofa Shadow)
- any Coffee table (e.g. Foro)
- any TV (e.g. hanging TV)
- Sink with cabinet PRYZMAT
- 2x any toilets
Optional:- any refrigerator (e.g. Double-door refrigerator)
