How to unlock the Oil Crisis achievement

    Play through the solo world tour till you unlock Australia. Play some more till you can select the second level in forecourt - Inconvenience Store. I used the pistol tee shot by using the right trigger. Directly in front of you is a stack of barrels smash them up. Took me 3-4 restarts.
