How to unlock the Dark Academy achievement

    Actions
    You need to occupy Altdorf as the Vampire Counts, and then build the "Altdorf Conclave of Forbidden Magic" which is under "Military Support" section. (The skull icon) It does require a level 5 castle though. Good luck!
