This is the only achievement that requires you to use the Creature Creator. So if you have no further interest in it, all you need to do is capture a fiend as early as possible. Some rare things you capture have no fiend tale, so just shove a S pod in Besaid and anything you catch will do. Then level it up four times, go to Creature History and complete the tale.
