There are 26 Al Bhed Primers throughout Spira; some are missable and some aren't. Simply find one and you'll earn this achievement. The first primer is obtainable on the Al Bhed ship at the beginning of this game. (If missed at the Al Bhed Ship it can be found in the Bikanel Desert)
