At midnight, find a headlamp sitting on the couch (it's relatively near the spawn point, to the left).
At 1am find a journal leaning against a grave in the graveyard.
At 2am find a phone near the gate on the opposite side of the map from the spawn point.
You don't have to survive or even finish the night once you get an item, you can go back to the main menu once you find it.
