You get this achievement for solving 5 Mahjong puzzles in the Stronghold. Not only do you have to unlock this area as you go along (you can unlock it by repairing a bridge toward the bottom center of the map...the one on the left costs less to repair than the one on the right), but you have to have two quivers of arrows each time you want to play a puzzle.
