You get this achievement after banishing 5 Spiderlikes. To banish a Spiderlike you need a Smoke Bomb, which you can either find/win or buy from the store. Simply click on a Spiderlike and then press the button to banish (or to buy a Smoke Bomb and banish if you don't have one).
