You get this achievement after banishing 5 Cave Kobolds. To banish a Cave Kobold you need a Heavy Sword, which you can either find/win or buy from the store (700 gold). Simply click on a Cave Kobold and then press the button to banish (or to buy a Heavy Sword and banish if you don't have one).
