You get this achievement after banishing 5 Darkwings. To banish a Darkwing you need an Elven Whistle, which you can either find/win or buy from the store (for 1600 gold). Simply click on a Darkwing and then press the button to banish (or to buy an Elven Whistle and banish if you don't have one).
