This one is a little tricky, you have to make one of Tager command grabs while they are taking damage or blocking. The easier one is with blocking, choose any character with a second controller and block a fast move from Tager (like A) and quickly make ↻ and A or B. Make sure to do the circle fast before finishing the attack animation or Tager will just jump. If you make the steps successfully, the opponent will have two !! in his head and then the grab will come out, giving you the achievement
