This achievement is one to be gained over time. However, if one plans on focusing on this, I strongly suggest using Blueberries or Cranberries. These crops are grown in the Summer and Fall respectively. They each have a large harvest yield, are quite profitable, and make up two of the few crops that do not need to be replanted.
