Take your time, use the stun/health drain combo A LOT, especially useful on Gretchin.

Cover and range are your best friends, keep the orks and gretchin at a distance, you can always recharge shields easily, just keep an eye on your shield/health bar and keep it topped up.

Don't go in gund blazing, you will die, quickly, Orks and Gretchin will try and swarm you and get in close for melee attacks or close range shooting when they can, use cover and keep them away, the trenches are great for creating "choke points" where you can funnel your enemies.

You will get it eventually, I died once on, my 3rd try, now I know where eveything spawns and the most efficient way of keeping yourself alive, just try to memorise the attackl patterns and reload often, go for headshots when you can and use the health drain combo when it's reasonably safe to (1 or 2 Orks or a few Gretchin).

The hardest part is near the end of the level with a ramp and some Orks come rushing at you from below, behind some shipping container things, use the chain explosive launcher here for an easier time, just slowly edge your way through here, it can be a little tricky with all the hiding places and corners for the Orks to hide, then an Ork Nob and his Boyz to fight on the opposite side (there should be some Gretchin if you need a quick health boost), a fully charged rage meter help a lot here.

If I managed this on the Xbox version, it should all be the same, just better looking slaughter.
Overall, good luck and remember - The Emperor Protects.
