In Mission 7: Rise & Fall once you proceed through the alleyway and intercept the fallen aircraft, there are 2 ASPs in the area after the aircraft. Open CyberCore abilities and navigate to Control tree and pick "Remote Hijack" skill. Stay far enough back, look directly at the ASP and hold your ability bind. Be far enough away so you are out of their sight but close enough (they will not target you at this distance) to be able to take control as this takes 15 seconds to hijack.
