There's two ways of getting this achievement:
The first is Tropical Coast Zone 1 after the first gate; large numbers of enemies exist in this region, making it easy to get a large bomb blast.
The second Frozen Factory Zone 4. The ice blocks in the second section of the level count as enemies. Just turn into a bomb when you are surrounded by five ice blocks and you can get this achievement.
