How to unlock the Russian bar-b-q achievement

    Actions
    In the mission "Payback", after the section with the helicopter. You will enter a cave and be able to pick up a AK-47 with a flamethrower on it. You can use this to incinerate 10 enemies.

    2 things to note:
    - You need to hold the flamethrower on the enemy for more than just a second.
    - If you take out the RPG and the Technical Vehicle gunner, on recruit, you can just run past the enemies, grab the AK and start there.
