Save all of your healing items that are required for this achievement. If you are in dire need of medical help, head to your apartment and craft the Medium Medkit before using the required items.
NOTE: This does NOT have to be done in one play through. You can craft one Medium Medkit every time you start a new game and still gain this achievement.
