How to unlock the Outta My Way! achievement

  The Parasite is rare. It will spawn once you have slain your enemy, and it can spawn from any enemy as far as I am aware. It is a pink slug looking thing. It spawned for me from one of the big fat guys.
  
  Note: If you are farming this achievement, make sure to have the perk equipped that allows you to one-shot an enemy.

  A recent patch seems to have broken this achievement. I've one-shotted the parasite with and without the perk now, and cheevo doesn't pop...

  Working now. Also, even if you miss the parasite, but then kill it with just one hit, you should still get this, like I did just now.
