When you reach the first floor, you will see a computer on the left side. When you use the computer, there will be a text document. Open the document and you will be prompted to enter a password. The password is mr.wgmthooh. Enter this password and a long text dialogue will happen. Once it's over, exit the computer and then exit the building. This will stack with the Survivor? achievement.
