You will need to obtain all four picture pieces in one play through to get this ending. These are found randomly placed throughout the hotel, and I believe that all four pieces are guaranteed each time you play. Make sure that you check every item in every room to get all of the picture fragments. Once you get them, head back to your apartment and craft the picture.
Do NOT go for Oblivion if you manage to get all of the picture fragments, as that ending will come instead of this one. This will stack with the Survivor? achievement.
