  To reach 4-?, you need to be carrying a cursed weapon into 3-3's exit portal. The best way to ensure a cursed weapon drop is to get the crown of curses in 3-2's crown vault, which should ensure (but does not guarantee) a cursed weapon drops in 3-3.
