To win this achievement, you'll need to get 13 consecutive strikes in all 10 frames.
This is where the poor optimization of plaza servers comes into full focus. As anyone who has tried to play 8-Ball pool on a crowded server can tell you, collision physics are server-side, not client-side. And that's very problematic.
In practice, that means the more people on a server, the less velocity the bowling ball and pins will have. Your bowls hit pins far slower than they should, and the pins don't go as far as they should or sometimes at all. In egregious cases, you can bowl perfectly and pins can be actively falling, but the lag is so severe that the server detects them as still up and negates a strike. It's very bad.
For that reason, go to the lowest pop plaza you can find when you are attempting this achievement. Ping has no effect on bowling, but server lag does. You will do far better if you do this on a server across the world than you will doing this on a high-pop plaza.
Once you're on a low-pop plaza, search up "Ease of Access Mouse Settings" in your PC's start menu and turn on "Control your mouse with a keypad," then click the box allowing you to use Ctrl to speed up your mouse speed. Finally, turn up your cursor speed on your PC and start up a bowling match.
Once you're in, do the following:
1. Use your mouse to move the bowling ball 66% to the first dot on the right and click to lock in your position.
2. Using the numeric keypad (set up with Mouse Accessibility Controls) Ctrl + NUMPAD 2 so that your cursor goes down.
3. Ctrl + Numpad 8 to push it back up again.
4. Do not apply spin.
You may have to adjust where you place your bowling ball depending on the current server lag, but you should be consistently clearing strikes. After enough tries, this achievement will be yours.
