First you need to upgrade your movie library to the final tier.
Then buy the movie "The Goonies".
With Goonies in your library, go to -1 Movie Library room. In the bookcase with movies there is an empty spot. Click on it and a secret door will open. Climb downstairs and there is sloth :) Go talk to him for this achievement.
He also gives you some money.
