The three objectives are; Befriend Eve, Fix the Generator and Obtain Two Key Cards.
To Befriend Eve, finish talking to her on Day One when you first encounter her. On day two, when you wake and find a note taped to the inside of your apartment door, it will tell you to meet her on the second floor of your work place, in the relaxation room. Meet her there and finish talking to her.
Fix the Generator on Day Two. Do not go back to sleep once you wake, and shortly after entering the Facility, the power will go out. The Generator is located to the right of the entrance to the Apartments.
The First Key Card is found in the Apartments on Floor Four, in Room Four. The Second Key Card is found in the Safe, located on Floor Four, all the way to the left, at the Facility. The code to the Safe is 1973, and the Safe Key is located in Eve's room, First Floor, Room Six of the Apartments, which can be entered by using the Fire Extinguisher to bash in the door.
