Iron Snout Added Controller Support!

By Rebecca Smith,
I was wondering what scheme should I add as default and in the end I added multiple pre-defined choices.

You can choose either using shoulders and A (jump) & B (duck) or just go with YXAB. D-pad is enabled in both of them to compliment or be used separately, which I find a lot of fun to do.

I only tested this on Windows with wireless XBOX 360 controller. It might not work with other controllers and there's not much I can do about that, but let me know if something is wrong anyway.
