Has it been in a bundle: No
Is there a good guide available: Yes, multiple guides are available here on the steam guide section and on different console websites. I mostly used the guides on this page.
How many people have completed this game at the time I'm writing this review: 4 on Astats

    Multiplayer achievements: No
Missable achievements: Yes, the one for don't have both characters dying at the same time. I think it kinda allows to have 3 ko's but I avoided ko's of both characters at all. If it happens you can quit the game and restart, it only saves when changing locations, so it shouldn't save after you die.

    Time-gated achievements: No
    RNG-achievements: No
Does difficulty affect achievements: No, you can play on the easier difficulty, this makes the 3 optional bosses a lot easier
    Unobtainable/glitched achievements: No

Wow.. this game blew me away, it was amazing! I was already very impressed by the voice acting and artwork in the trailer and on screenshots. When I first started the game I felt a bit awkward.. the characters are very corny from time to time and I sometimes felt I should leave the room/game. Also, the controls to "flow" around take some time to get used to. After I got used to the controls the game started the become very addictive. The timing for adding new mechanics was so right in this game. For example, at the moment I started to become annoyed with having to walk back to their "home" I got the option to use some sort of flightpath back and forth.

Storywise you get dropped in the middle of the story and first don't know much about what is going on, but piece by piece you get to understand more and more and it gets very interesting. The game has a good and a bad ending, but they both are bittersweet in some way and I felt emotional with both endings, which is a good sign, the writers did such a good job with building up the story and getting you to care for the characters.

A few of the achievements are story-related, but most of them you have to trigger in some way or another. Don't worry too much about them at the start, just enjoy the game, clean up as many areas in the game as you can (Why does cleaning up in games feel so much better than IRL!) but most of all, don't have both characters ko-ed at the same time. As stated above by missable, the game only saves when you change locations, so if it happens, just quit and restart and you should be fine. The developers added the feature to save the game before you get to the endings and have to make an important decision, which is amazing, this way you can see both endings without having to backup your save or have to start all over again.

I have 3 last tips for this game:
    - While playing through it, switch from the main character from time to time because there is a system for them picking up seeds, not any of the 2 can pick up them all, so switch after a while and later do that again and you probably get most of them without having to worry about them.
    - The second tip, switch the combat menu in the settings to just pressing the buttons instead of holding them, that way combat feels so much easier.
    - The last tip is related to battle... please please please ignore most of the tips the characters give you during combat. They kinda lean toward switching between the character that is shielding and the one that does damage, but this doesn't seem like the optimal strategy. I would suggest almost always shield with one character and do the damage with the other. I give this tip because if you stand still in a non-combat for a while the characters will hug each other and the one with the lowest health will get health up to the level the other character's health level is. So it makes much more sense to keep the health of one character as high as possible so you can easily heal after a battle is over.

This game is amazing, lovely, and sometimes very corny, but I had such an amazing time playing through this game and I hope you will as well!
