Play with at least two players.
Beat the last level.
Beat the last level group.
Get all three badges on a level.
Get all three badges on a level in a single run.
Die a hundred times.
Beat the first level group.
Play with four players.
Die a thousand times.
Find the hidden debug level.
Find the hidden spot on Autobahn.
Find the hidden spot on Diamond.
Find the hidden spot on Spike Cover.
