Here is the full list of all 11 Stoneshard: Prologue achievements. It takes around 6-8 hours to unlock all of the achievements on Windows.
Collect and read all 5 diary pages.
Equip an item to every slot. Ring and amulet slots doesn’t count.
Kill at least one vampire of every type.
Use Ether Inhaler.
Kill Ascended Archon.
Die during the tutorial
Have your health reduced to 1 point, survive and restore it back to at least 50%.
Kill any enemy while experiencing Bad Trip.
Complete the tutorial.
Complete the Prologue.
Kill Ascended Archon without letting him eat a single corpse.
