My personal opinion: This game is a cute spin off of minecraft with a splash of a typical farm sim game. At times i enjoyed the game and then other times it just felt like a real task to do things. As I played the game I had this feeling of wanting more in the game.
Pros: The game does what its supposed to do. You can also play with friends which is probably the preferred way of playing.
Cons: This game could use a lot of quality of life improvements. Everything works but there were so many ideas I had that could make the game feel smoother.

Tips for any achievements:
don't break max's house, you need a valid town hall in order to do leif's missions which you need to complete in order to access the free dlc
For the pie, you do not need to make rhubarb pie
for 'Aristaeus' you do not need any bugs from the portal islands (the portals that appear twice a season). To make finding dragonflies easier do the following. find a bug on the ground your house, use the shovel on the tile directly below that bug, use a dry sponge to soak up pond water (not ocean water) and then put that pond water in the hole you dug. dragonflies will spawn once a day there. Also there is one bug, the will o wisp that will only spawn during the fall event.
for the cake achievement pancakes dont count, just cheesecake, cake, chocolate cake, and carrot cake
for the preserves, i never found a recipe for blackberry jam but its the same as any other jam recipe just with blackberries
i never found the recipe for baked artichoke with goats cheese, its combine salt, one chopped artichoke and goat cheese then bake it. It took me so long to figure out it needed salt. goat cheese is made by boiling 3 goat milk and salt.
grapes take 22 days to harvest so do it in spring.
for 'Poseidon' some fish can only be caught in ponds, some only in ocean. the only event based fish are the koi's. there are two if them. during the winter event is when they can be caught in the pond in the event area of the town.
