I actually rate this game 0, but it does not allow me to put that here.What is Voxelized, you may ask yourself? Looking at the store page, it seems like a simple Minecraft simulator, and yes perhaps it is. A very bad Minecraft simulator that has no meaning or purpose behind it, and currently as little as three different blocks that you can gather. You can use these blocks to build to... well, nowhere in particular. What you see in the screenshots is what you get, the world in its entirety. In fact, you can actually dig yourself down and out of the world, get stuck and have to restart.
However, Voxelized is something more than just a bad Minecraft simulator, my friends. It is something more sinister. It is a Lord Kres game. Not familiar with him? Well he's the developer that created Journey of the Light! "One of the hardest games on Steam" as he likes to call it. In all actuality, the game was nothing more than a one level title that people paid for, that Lord Kres said "oh, haha, one of my updates removed the remaining levels!" when in fact, there were no levels. The entire "game" was a lie.
If you take a good look through Steam Greenlight, you'll see his other "inspired" games laying there, waiting for suckers to vote for to get them on to Steam. Luckily his reputation is so overwhelmingly tarnished now that only gamers truly out of the loop will even give a passing thought to up-voting his other stolen ideas.
In short? Hold no hope for Voxelized, it will never be more than what you see it as now. There will be no great expansion update, no original thoughts put into it, it has been in development for over a year now and there have only literally been "minor fixes" added. Welcome to my first 0 rated review. I've even made a new rating title for this garbage. Come back when you have some original ideas, and when you don't want to rip gamers off, "Lord" Kres.
