Personally, I was kinda disappointed. The game feels like Payday 2. I mean, that isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it felt like the new missions could have been just added to Payday 2 instead of making us buy a whole new game.
A lot of the QoL things from 2 were missing, too.
My friend group ended up playing through every mission once and then just reinstalling Payday 2 as it was still the far superior game to this one. We were all hyped going into 3, but we left feeling very let-down. It isn't a bad game, just not a good sequel.
