KARAKARA is a pretty good kinetic novel. The art is great, the characters are likable and the seiyū voice their roles superbly. This is volume 1 in the series.
The game takes place in a post apocalyptic earth in which everything seems to have been turned into a desert-like place and much of the human population has been wiped out. In response to this humans found other ways to breed in order to increase their population which resulted in a sort of human/animal hybrid known as Others. These new humanoids have the shape and look of humans but usually have 4 ears(Kemonomimi) and tails (Although some people are an exception). The games main location is a diner owned by the main character Leon and his close friend and only employee Lucia. The story follows these two character and how their lives change after they come across a girl in the desert named Aisia.
