Enter the Waste Disposal Plant for the first time.
Power up a set of factory doors, and open the next area.

Complete 10 quests for NPCs. They can't do anything by themselves.
Take 10,000 steps. Fun.
Take a break and have something to eat outside of battle.

Enter Graybone Graveyard for the first time.
Survive death: Be killed, but do not die.
