Catana is a very enjoyable puzzle/match 2 kinda game. You move your character on a board where there will also be enemies, if you can attack 2 or more enemies when running around, or if they are in a group of 2 or more you can attack those and they will be removed from the board. Each level has its own end goal, which makes this a fun and enjoyable game and I didn't get bored because every level is a bit different. There will also be more challenges added later in the game, like enemies that attack every 2 turns, or angry animals that will attack you when you move by their side.

I really like that you can change the difficulty level and the type of game while in a campaign... want an easier time, you can set the difficulty on easy while already halfway through the game.. made the wrong decision in the beginning if you want to the input of your character be instant, or if you want to first plan your route and then press "go", you can also change that midway the game.

2 small things I didn't like is that there is no option to skip dialog, which means if you restart/replay a level, the dialog will be there every time. I would love it if you had a setting in the menu to just skip the dialog, or skip it if you have already seen it. another thing is that on some levels, especially with tall grass it is harder to see which enemies are angry, which makes it harder to avoid them.

The achievements are quite straight forward and I love it that you can check your progress of them in-game. The only challenging achievement is that on 90 levels out of the 110 you have to beat the level without getting damage. This wasn't as hard as I suspected, I just did restart a level if I got hit. You can keep track of which level you have managed to not get hit because it shows a heart symbol if you were successful. I would suggest just do your best to get this while playing through the campaign but just keep going if you get hit, as you'll get better at the game and go back later on. As that might be faster because of how much you've improved.
