Red Team Games brought us Cards and Castles back in 2015, and it's still a relatively popular downloaded game now in 2017. Seeing how many people were enjoying this game, I decided to download it and try it out.

I liked playing card battle games when there's something unique about them, and there is definitely something unique about this. I have never played a game like this one before, where you use cards to create fighters on the battle field - which is in no way unique in itself - but then to have to move across the board and then attack the other player's castle. I thought this was a really cool idea, and it was really cool.

But then it started becoming really, really repetative. There really isn't anything new to do, other than just play cards, move characters and then wait for your opponent to make their move.

I really did enjoy this at first, but it quickly just became a trek for achievements that I hate starting up. I really don't recommend this one, unless it directly appeals to you. It's become an achievement hunt and an achievement hunt alone.

There's no enjoyment in this anymore, after 1.2 hours.
