On Steam, XCOM: Enemy Within is listed as DLC for XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
Because on Xbox it is listed as a seperate game and not DLC, on True Steam Achievements the section for relevant/related achievments and guides that include the other platforms don't include Xbox even though they exist.
