What are the filters you are using. With the following filters, I see achievements in the list:
Achievements won: checked
Achievements not won: unchecked
Platform(s): All platforms
Just these platforms: unchecked
Game genre(s): All genres
Just these genres: unchecked
Any of these genres: unchecked
DLC type: Include DLC
Achievement type: All flags
Show secret achievement details: checked
No solutions: unchecked
Exclude done with/no longer have: unchecked
Include games from my collection: unchecked
Hide untrackable achievements: checked
