Korra Baskerville has just submitted some Game Info for Two Worlds II HD Achievements.

Speaking of the not-standalone versions, Call of the Tenebrae and Shattered Embrace DLC packs for Two Worlds have their own DLC packs and should be separated. There's also DLC pack(s) without achievements, I'm not sure how those are handled on this site.

I've added this to the achievement flag submissions but those seem to have not been updated.

The following are related to the Shattered Embrace DLC:
* Ragnarok
* The Planewalker
* The True Elf-friend
* A Hero of Two Cities
* The Gilded Age

There are two online Adventure Mode DLC packs as well but neither one has achievements tied to them. They exist to bridge the gap between Two Worlds II and Call of the Tenebrae.
