    The achievement “The Silenced Cartographer” is not part of this DLC pack. The reason being that I won this in the base game, and I do not own the DLC pack.

    I think we're going to leave the achievement as is. It was added along with the DLC I believe and the achievement artwork is consistent with the rest of the Echoes of the Eye ones.
