Link to Steam page with app ID

Now that the app ID is displayed on the game info panel on a game page, would it be possible to make it a link to the Steam store page for the game.
The links would all have the same format:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/[App ID]/

It would look like this:

Pending an update this will link through to the steam store page. Thanks for the suggestion.
