    Not sure why but none of my games are appearing on my profile.

    It's the same issue for both of you, your privacy settings are not set correctly. Please see this post for further details:

    Unfortunately not. It was set on friends, then I changed to public. Still no luck.

    The unchecked mark is definitely showing as unchecked :/

    Try changing both of the settings, saving it, and then changing them to the correct ones. That usually works in this case.
