- Hangover - Doesn't unlock
- The End of a Friendship - Doesn't unlock
- Whistleblower - The Seam guide specifies that it doesn't unlock. I obtained the documents at a later time so I basically missed the moment to verify it. This way, I can attest that it's missable.
- The Colony's Expert - Can't complete due to unobtainable dependencies
Buggy:
- Body Looter - Unlocked after looting a Meatbug. Maybe the text is wrong.
- The Seed of Discord - Tried to get this 3 times. It didn't unlock for me. I can't try it as I've killed all the animals.
- Master Chef - Can be obtained by cooking the same recipes 3 times.
