Like you don't even have to download it separately, it's packed with the game.
Updates are considered DLC as well on the site to allow people that have gotten the hundo in the past to keep it, and I think it also has something to do with the points formula.
Also, the site adds these automatically and every pack has to be changed manually later to an update.
So if you go to the DLC now, the icon will show "title update" and not DLC. Thanks for asking anyway though
